Our RFID Training courses are delivered in classroom settings at select locations, onsite at client locations around the world or via our e-Learning option delivered over the Internet.
We are an active member of the CompTIA RFID+ Cornerstone Committee for RFID certification.
We are seeking to add Business Development Manager - RFID Learning Solutions (multiple positions) to prospect for clients within the Fortune 1000. This position requires a skilled and seasoned sales professional with a high degree of sales acumen and the ability to prospect strategically and network effectively within corporate information technology as well as training and organizational development departments.
The ideal candidate will articulate the RFID4U value proposition and story with confidence and sales professionalism. The individual must be able to convey solutions, products and concepts in a positive, clear, and concise manner in the form of presentations and demonstrations given over the phone.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required (degree in Instructional Technologies is a plus)
5-10 years of sales experience including strategic prospecting and cold calling at the Management, Director, and VP level within the Fortune 1000.
Experience in the Training and Development industry (i.e., working in the area of instructional design, training development, training delivery, or training management)
Will also strongly consider individuals with no training and development experience if they have sold training related products or services to the Fortune 1000 or deep understanding of RFID solutions.
Experience or exposure to supply chain, retail, manufacturing verticals is considered a plus
Must be a people person and a team player with the ability to effectively motivate and direct peer-level coworkers (position has no direct reports)
Must have an exemplary record of qualifying leads
Must provide references that speak to the quality of account management capabilities
Position will require the ability to work comfortably at a partner level with customers at high levels within large organizations.
Must have business maturity and vision sufficient to chart new territories and create business opportunities
Good PC skills and use of sales automation/contact management tools required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
