Our RFID Training courses are delivered in classroom settings at select locations, onsite at client locations around the world or via our e-Learning option delivered over the Internet.
We are an active member of the CompTIA RFID+ Cornerstone Committee for RFID certification.
Job Profile: RFID system Course Developer and Instructor is responsible for the courseware development and delivery of Instructor-led standard and custom training of RFID technology, components and applications, to customers, partners and employees.
The Instructor is responsible for the end-to-end development and delivery of courses including the development of standard course materials, customization (if necessary), training delivery and collecting participant feedback.
The Instructor will spend 25% of their time in course development (working with our services and engineering teams), 15% of their time customizing courses, and 60% of their time delivering training classes.
Mandatory Skills and Experience:
At least 5-7 years of experience creating and delivering end-user and system technical training to adults in a corporate environment.
Confident and flexible presentation style as a instructor responsible for all aspects of an off-site training class. This includes environment set up, populating the training database, and writing sample code if required for use in lab exercises and examples.
- Experience in RFID network design
- Detailed knowledge of RFID solution components, hardware and software vendors, & corresponding enterprise applications
- Understanding of RFID system design principals, including understanding of frequency, range, environment, and other technical parameters on system performance.
- Familiarity with network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, etc.
Strong hands-on presentation development skills with Microsoft PowerPoint.
Travel documents for International travel.
A BS degree required, MS, MBA or PhD preferred.
Desirable Skills and Experience: Working knowledge in a foreign language such as Chinese, French, Korean or Japanese, for business.
Travel Required : 75%
