Job Description: RFID4U , is a worldwide leader in vendor neutral RFID learning solutions. Our RFID Training courses are delivered in classroom settings at select locations, onsite at client locations around the world or via our e-Learning option delivered over the Internet.

We are an active member of the CompTIA RFID+ Cornerstone Committee for RFID certification.

The RFID Courseware Developer (multiple positions) works with our subject matter experts to develop learning solutions. Using design specification documents, the Courseware Developer creates instructionally valid content. Working closely with other team members, the Courseware Developer ensures the quality and usability of the deliverables to our clients.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) with a concentration in Adult Learning, Curriculum Development, Educational Technology, Technical Communication, or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Must have 5-7 years experience in courseware development for both traditional and WBT/distance learning applications with emphasis on Technical Instruction/Education.

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of common e-learning software functionality-HTML, FLASH, authoring tools, web conferencing software, etc.
  • Ability to develop instructional materials-MS Word, PageMaker, FrameMaker, PowerPoint presentations, Job Aids, Storyboards, etc.
  • Experienced in converting technical documents into training materials.
  • Familiarity with localization processes and with building materials targeted for a worldwide audience.
  • Ability to manage and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to guide clients to focus on specific objectives and teaching points.
  • Possesses strong meeting facilitation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver projects on time and with high quality.
  • Demonstrate a confident approach to managing own work and time.
  • Create timelines for project completion.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments.
