Arriving & Departing

Kerry International Airport is situated 20km from Tralee and has daily connections to Dublin (with Aer Arann) and London (with Ryanair from Stansted Airport , London and Frankfurt Hahn). A taxi from the airport to Tralee costs about Euro 19.

If you arrive in Dublin Airport and do not wish to take a connecting flight to Kerry you should take the shuttle bus direct from the airport to Heuston Railway Station. From here you can take a train to Tralee .

If you arrive in Cork Airport , you should take the bus to either the Train Station or the Bus Station. If you arrive in Shannon Airport , you should take a bus to Limerick and a connecting bus to Tralee .

The Airport is located between the towns of Killarney and Tralee and is about one and a half hours driving time from the cities of Cork and Limerick.

Kerry Airport 's new public transport terminal allows Bus Eireann to offer a great new public transport service from Kerry Airport.

The Shuttle Bus operates from Kerry Airport to Killarney with transfers in Farranfore for Tralee and Dingle

Tralee is approximately 90 minutes from Cork City (Cork Airport) and Limerick City (Shannon Airport).

If travelling by road you should take the N7 South from Dublin , the N21 or N69 from Limerick , the N22 from Cork , or the N25 from Rosslare.
